What is Beggar’s Chicken
Beggar’s Chicken, also known as Changshu Beggar’s Chicken or Changshu Braised Chicken, is a traditional dish in Changshu city, Jiangsu Province, China. Legend has it that, long ago, there was a beggar named Huazi who fled to a village in Changshu County along the way.
